TAXES:

We will apply Pennsylvania State Sales tax on all orders, unless an exemption certificate has been  provided and is on file.

RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION:

Material cannot be returned without prior approval, and a Return Goods Authorization issued.  Such authorization is good for 30 days for the return of material.  If the resulting problem is our fault, we will gladly issue appropriate credits.  If the fault lies with the customer, we will do everything to minimize expense or loss.  However, we reserve the right to make reasonable charges for handling and restocking.  Special order items are not returnable.

WARRANTY:

Valley Industrial Rubber Products Co., Inc. ("Valley") warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  Valley's obligations and the Buyer's remedies under this warrant with regard to a defective product are exclusively limited at our option to repair or replace any part or parts of said products which shall be returned to us within six (6) months from date of original delivery, with transportation charges prepaid, and which our examination discloses to have been defective.  This is our sole warranty.  VALLEY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE AFORESTATED OBLIGATION ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY VALLEY AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS AGREEMENT. Valley neither assumes or authorizes any persons to assume for it, any other obligation in connection with the sale of Valley's products.  VALLEY SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  This warranty will be void in the event of (a) improper use of the product or (b) if the product is repaired or altered by anyone other than us.  This warranty is non-transferable.
