  • Do you have a formal hose inspection program?

  • Are your hose assemblies tested by trained personnel on a regular basis?

  • Are you aware that components used to make a hose assembly can come from as many as four different manufacturers?  Who is liable in the event of failure?

  • Are your employees "at risk" due to unsafe working conditions?

  • Do you know the implications of EPA, OSHA, DOT or USCG Regulations on how you should maintain hose assemblies?

  • Certified Products and Services to meet new D.O.T. requirements.

BENEFITS OF A HOSE TESTING PROGRAM

  • Develop a database which helps you track service life.

  • Identify potential hose assembly problems - applications, areas of usage, handling and storage.

  • Down time to repair or replace a hose is lost time and money.

  • Prevent production loss or contamination.

  • Lower insurance premiums.
